Patient Information

Patient education is a very important component of what we provide here at Orbit Dental, and part of that includes making sure you know exactly what to expect when you come to see us! Below, you’ll find information that should answer some basic questions about your first appointment as well as your available payment options. If there is anything else you’d like to know, be sure to give us a call any time!

Your First Visit

After a friendly introduction and a handshake, you’ll be escorted to your treatment room where our hygienist will outline exactly what will happen during your appointment. They’ll take some X-rays and images of your mouth, and Dr. Lankupalli will use these as well as a hands-on exam to talk to you about the current state of your oral health. If you need any additional treatments, she’ll show you exactly why and give you a chance to ask as many questions as you want.

New Patient Forms

We’re always looking for new ways to help our patients save time, and one of the best has been making our forms available online as a download. Now, you can click the link below and fill them out before you come to see us. Just bring the completed forms to our dental office on the day of your visit, and we’ll get you in to see your dentist in no time! Please let us know if you have any issues accessing our forms.

Medicaid & CHIP Are Welcomed

Most children and young adults (20 and younger) with current Medicaid or CHIP coverage can actually receive dental services as a part of these benefits. At Orbit Dental, we are happy to work with these families in order to help make high-quality oral healthcare affordable and stress-free for their loved ones. Our knowledgeable team members will be sure to review the available services with you in a fully transparent fashion so that any further treatment can be scheduled with confidence.

In-House Membership Plan

Don’t have dental insurance? Want a simple way to make your care more affordable? Then all you need to do is sign up for our in-house membership plan. For just one low fee, you can cover you and your entire household’s basic dental care for the whole year (including checkups, cleanings, and X-rays), plus you’ll receive 15% off ANY other treatments you might need. Our plan doesn’t have any deductibles or treatment maximums, meaning there is literally no limit to how much you can save! To learn more about our plan and how you can sign up, give us a call today.
